Request a quote
Issue an RFQ, RFI or market research request through the SEWP Quote Request Tool. Select iAdeptive, or Category B or C. We answer questions through the tool’s Q&A and submit our quote through SEWP.
Issue the order
Your Contracting Officer issues the delivery order on your agency’s form, with our SEWP VI contract number, our name and address, the CLINs and total, the period of performance, and the CO’s signature and contact details. The full list is on SEWP Ordering Information.

Email: sewporders@sewp.nasa.gov or fax 301-286-0317; we can forward it for you. Work starts once NASA assigns a SEWP Control Number. We confirm receipt within one business day.
Micro-purchases
For card purchases under the micro-purchase threshold, contact our Program Manager directly for a quote.
After award
Once NASA assigns the SEWP Control Number, our Program Manager contacts your Contracting Officer to schedule a kickoff and confirm named delivery leads. Services follow the order’s statement of work and our ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 processes. If delivered work misses the order’s requirements, we correct it at no added cost within the period of performance.
